Nyali Beach Holiday Resort, Nyali Beach

The hotel has an ideal location on a stunning coast with a beautiful beach, but the experience was marred by poor maintenance and service issues. The room we were given initially had a terrible smell, dirty conditions, and bugs, although switching rooms improved the situation slightly. Dining was also quite disappointing, as the food quality was below what I expected. While the beach and staff could be highlights, the overall lack of cleanliness and service left a sour taste in my mouth.

I had a really mixed experience at this hotel. The beach view was stunning, and the location was right on the sand, which I loved. However, the service left a lot to be desired, particularly during events when hotel guests felt overlooked. The breakfast was quite minimal and not at all what I expected.

I had a great family holiday at this historic hotel in Nyali. The neighborhood is lovely, and the kids enjoyed the pool with attentive service from Tsuma. However, slow service in the restaurants and limited room amenities were disappointing. Despite these issues, Olivia at the reception really stood out with her exemplary customer service.

I recently stayed at Nyali Sun African Hotel for 6 nights, and I had a mix of experiences. While I started in a shabby room that needed renovation, transferring to the modern part of the hotel with an ocean view significantly improved my stay. The location is excellent, close to shopping and cafes, and I enjoyed good meals during my time there. However, the amenities could be more consistent, and the poolside service leaves something to be desired.

This hotel is a real gem in a quiet neighborhood, offering beautiful views and a warm atmosphere. The staff goes above and beyond, making you feel at home. Though a few areas could use some updating and there were minor issues with service speed and amenities, overall, it was a wonderful stay that left us looking forward to a return visit.
